Job Description

This position is responsible for front-end reimbursement duties, providing phone and clerical support to the clinical component of home infusion.

Other responsibilities include entering patient referral data into the database, entering physician information into the database, entering outcomes information into the database, and tracking CIIs and patient satisfaction surveys.

Skills and Requirements

1 year of experience with data entry

1 year of experience working with verification or insurance benefits

Familiar with insurance terminology and comfortable speaking about insurance benefits

Pharmacy assistant license upon hire

Independent, self-starter, excellent communication null
